To complete the experience, I recommend you get the hifi subwoofers too. Make sure you get the casing for the subwoofer because on the base audio BMW's the casing is glued onto the subs. I managed to use the stock casing but had to heat gun the old subs out, drill new holes, then had to get 1/2 inch foam weather stripping from home depot to prevent the subs from bottoming out. I also had to Dremel a bit of plastic away. Just save yourself the trouble and get the casing. I think a guy on offerup is selling it.
It took me forever to find this part. I am glad to be able to pass the knowledge on. This kit is for base audio. You can tell that you have base audio if you do not have any tweeters on the doors.
