Better to get on ramps, because it makes it simple BUT....

What upgraded bushing do you have? If it's the monoball upgraded ones, it doesn't matter (assuming that you did torque it to spec at some point). But generally speaking, if they are any sort of rubber/composite/etc, then you should probably retorque it loaded to prolong its life.
