My early experiences with New Jersey were limited to driving up the Turnpike on the way to Cape Cod and hearing jokes like "It's the time of year that they repave New Jersey." I knew there was a lot more to the state, and the Pine Barrens did not disappoint.
I learned that I needed a proper 4x4 to get to some of the places I wanted to see, however, such as the ghost town of Washington and the Quaker Bridge. i wonder how my friendly local dealer would feel about an extended X5 test drive?
