I think you're thinking of
SONAX Wheel Cleaner Plus.
Must say
Wheel Cleaner Plus and Not "SONAX Wheel Cleaner full effect". Full effects is junk.
BMW original cleaner was "redesigned" and they modified their formula and has this same effect now, and it works amazing. Smells a lot like IronX
However now days a lot of companies are jumping on this train that has cleaners that change color when they come in contact with metallic particles.
