Sup bro! The thing about this is that it's a quick fix for what you what for your car at the moment. If you choose to run stock shocks with aftermarket springs, it puts more stress on your shocks and it'll eventually go out so I wouldn't recommend running something aggressive. Keep in mind that if you go with shock+spring combo, you're at a fixed setting in terms of dampening/ride height.
