The educated guess is about the transliteration into US dollars, since pricing in Europe tends to be higher than in NA. But you can bank the Euro prices as the real thing.
That’s good info to know about official European prices. And its nice if you can convert that to a good Canadian price. US prices aren’t in line with Canadian prices based off exchange rates. US is thousands less than the exchange rate adjusted price from the Canadian dollar.

For example, an e90 330i is $47,900CAN. The current exchange rate on 4/25/06 is $1US to $1.13820028CAN. That puts the base price of a US e90 330i at $42,084US. Canadian prices factored on exchange rates is almost $5500US more than the actual base price of $36,600US. Add to that the Canadian e90 has fewer base options and the difference between the prices gets even larger. To apply that $5500US discrepancy between prices adjusted for exchange rates would mean the $50K-$53KCAN 335i will be $38K-$41KUS.
($50KCAN / 1.13820028CAN = $43,929US - $5500US adjustment = $38,429US)
