Camber usually doesn't kill tyres, badly aligned toe does. Usually the problem is most alignment places are not setup to work out what the alignment should be based on aftermarket additions and normally just dial in e92 335 or e92 M3 settings when you are somewhere between the two and probably closer to m3. The M3 arms do give an extra degree of negative Camber compared to the 335i arms.
