Hey Folks,
I got one of those power adaptors that is supposed to plug in to where the accessory flashlight would go in the glovebox and give you an auxillary power connection (for cell phone charger, radar detector, whatever).
The only problem is.... there is no place to plug it into in my glove box. WTF?
(I knew I didn't have a flashlight, but I had just assumed previously without checking that I at least had a socket).
Is this a feature that was deleted for '09? (Just Canada, or everywhere?) My buddy has the socket in his '06 330i.
If it was cost-cutting I could see them not providing a flashlight, but why the hell would they not at least leave the connector?
