as long as you purchased it with in 30 days of the release date (oct 22) of the new iPad that jusssst came out, they will upgrade you to the new ipad and give you 20 dollars back because the new one is 499.99 not 519.99, thats what happened to me i had no problems returning it for the new...neeewwww one lol
