Replace that hose and also replace the upper rad hose (Par #: 17127540127) that the vent hose connects into. Have the upper rad hose ready because the nipple can break off as it gets brittle over the years.
Don't forget you'll need a hose clamp where vent hose connects to upper rad hose and at the coolant tank, as it is crimped from the factory.
Also, update your car info under your user on the left so we know what year, chassis and model it is.

OP, pay attention to these posts. The spray pattern appears to be coming from the cross-over line and it's radiating outward due to wind and fan pushing it toward driver side. |
I found the leak. hose that runs across the top of the radiator is split. New piece going in tomorrow
