I don't know how many of you guys have actually probed multiple cars with a thermometer but 10 ish degrees isn't shabby at all.
Typically on a 25 degree day, a 10 degree breeze feels pretty cool.
There is a limit to how low it is worth going at the evaporator. Ice starts to form on the evaporator if the system is driven too hard, this completely undermines the ability to carry out the heat exchange.
