This 2008 BMW 335i was generously repurchased according to state manufacturer buyback laws by BMW for an issue regarding a 'rattling noise under the car'. BMW technicians replaced the decoupling element and exhaust system.This is common for an auto-maker to do to promote an exceptional customer experience. The majority of these repairs tend to become a factory recall or an extension of warranty for that specific problem. The issue has been resolved and BMW stands behind this vehicle with the remainder of the cpo warranty which is intact until 100K and is fully transferrable.
