It depends on your inevitable goals for the vehicle. If you plan on staying with stock snails, then going to MHD won't really benefit you. However, if you plan on upgrading your stock turbos, e85 conversion, and the works, then MHD + JB4 integration is second to none.
The flexibility of MHD, the immense support, and ease of use would be enough to warrant switching. Cobb has pretty much stopped supporting the E9X platform; again tuning with stock components, not much benefit would be had from switching. High horsepower goals on the other hand, it would behoove you to switch.
