In my opinion the 19s look significantly better than the 18s. I went from the 18" stock m sport wheels with run flats to OEMS 19" wheels with normal tyres and I was hard pressed to tell any difference in the ride. If pushed, I'd say it was perhaps better after the change.
If you're going ahead and buying wheels, for me this is a no brainer: 19s all the way.
