true, most dealerships will try selling a car to you during end of year sales using the ruse that has new year compliance but that doesn't mean it's manufactured in the new year and will affect it's resale price by a year. When I bought mine, I insisted I wanted a new years build date and that took nearly 3 months to deliver so got it in March of that year but I atleast had a new year build model.
