There is a TSB for this. The junction box and B+ cable, running from the trunk to behind the glovebox need to be replaced. It happened to my car and my dealer quoted me "10 to 15" hours of labor + parts. I didn't want to DIY because my fingers are fat and I hate that type of work, so I took it to an indy who charged 3.5 hours + parts.
