The sound on the Dinan FFE sounds alot better than the BMW performance exhaust and I believe better weight reduction also. In addition, I will be going with Dinan S3 flash that was developed to go with the Dinan FFE only and not the BMW performance.
The only thing I would get from the BMW performance is the bigger fan for the main radiator and the second rad if there is a way to get it to fit with the Dinan CAI.
