I dilute Spray & Wipe with distilled water when I use it as a clay bar lubricant. However, when I use it as a waterless wash to remove a light dusting I use it full strength with an ultra plush microfiber towel, to minimize the chance of adding swirls and other imperfections. You want to maximize the cleaning agents that the full strength version offers when you are using it to wipe down your vehicle from a light dusting.
