So everything is installed, been testing everything out for the past few weeks. Tweaked/redid some fitting and hoses and everything works great now.
As for the black O-ring, It sits directly behind the green o-ring. So you have to push the green o-ring forward to make room for the black o-ring.
When I did a few test runs & the cooler was really really hot. But after shooting it with a temp gun, it showed 165f, so apparently it's working.
I'm going to throw on my bumper on this weekend and I may have to ditch that foglight. I'll keep you guys posted.
