Ignore this.
Even though I'm only using a 32GB stick, formatted through Windows 10 (build 1909) as FAT32, AND the 1b file offloaded without an issue using this, my car would only see the memory stick with the map update once I formatted the drive as FAT32 using FAT32 Formatter;
