I haven't tried DWS6, but I wouldn't hesitate using them. I really like the AS3+ and would stick with them if feasible cost-wise. I never had success getting the advertised mileage from tires and I'm not sliding the car every corner and it's aligned.
Another "Michelin" option is BF Goodrich Comp 2 AS.
While on the subject, avoid Pirellis if you don't want to change tires often. The P Zero AS+ are great tires, but you'd only get about 30-40% of the advertised mileage on them from my experience.
