Sport cooling has way more impact than swapping the radiator ever will. BMW targets the engine to run hot on purpose, it's not so much a capacity issue. They can run very cool ECT/OCT on stock hardware simply by changing a few tables in the rom, just like the MHD check boxes do.
An aftermarket radiator by itself will do almost nothing for temps (unless you count take longer to warm up). A better radiator only increases the efficiency/capacity that could be exchanged, the thermostat/DME have the final say/control of how much actually is exchanged.
