I have been doint this procedure for about 3 times from the Romanian BMW club forum without success because of the FSC Generator program. The 1b.hex file extracted from the glovebox had exactly 319 bytes and checking it with hex editor program contained also my VIN.
Just added the extracted file in the FSC Generator and my FSC code was generated automatically "LIFETIME code" for Road Map Europe Premium EAST 2018-1.
