You seem to have the exact same problem I had.
After changing the partition type to 4d , you have to validate the changes.
If you don’t, you end up with two different partition names that belong to the same drive.
Just do the operation again. Unfortunately you can’t just go back, change the name and not format the partitions.
1 change partition type to 4d
2 Type W (to validate !!!)
3 Format both new partitions. Those will appear as 77.4 and 77.5 now
