More bells and whistles meant for those of us that are pushing the performance envelope with for example, high boost, upgraded turbos, and nitrous. More inputs, outputs, and fully isolated boost control. The board architecture will be quite different from the G4 AFAIK. IMO, 90% of users will be happy with the G4 and will not need the Pro.
