Ran into this same issue after I installed MMP inlets. I suggest you brake clean the rear inlet to make sure everything is oil free. Even using a lift, it was a 2 person job, and about 3 hours to correctly position the worm clamp on the rear inlet to make sure that it did not slip off of the turbo again. Not a fun job to have to do twice.

Yeah i've heard these complaints before on the forums but my buddy that i go to does an amazing job, all my friends go to him and have gotten inlets, turbo swaps, etc and never had an issue. So i think im in good hands when it comes to that.
