Yes, you'll still have steering wheel controls.
IIRC I tapped the connector for the CANBUS adapter (the little red box on the Eonon harness). You'll need to wire the CAN-H, CAN-L, Power and Ground wires from this connector. You can use t-taps. Or if you have the tools and skills remove the pins from the connector and solder wires to the tops of the pins. Then re-insert the pins (takes lots of notes and pictures where the pins go back in, and do only one pin at a time).

For the gong you will also need to run the speaker connection from your HU back to the front (or a new speaker mounted in the back). Take a look at TIS for the wiring for your specific car.
