You can use LC as much as you want until the trans reaches a certain temp, then as a safety precaution the DME active LC. NO tune would over ride this safety feature because it would then make them liable if you used LC in unsafe conditions & destroyed the trans
BTW -- The DME saves everytime you use LC, so if the car is leased you might want to take it easy & not launch the car at every stop light
