I cant find any modded blue waters out there, but the color really reminds me of arctic metallic. I posted a few links of a few arctics that came to mind to give you an idea!

If I was to do everything all over again I would definitely go with wheels and a drop first..

But of course you really cant go wrong starting off with some grills and blacklines!
