AFTER your car is unloaded from a ship and reaches the VPC, does it mean your car is on a truck to the dealer?

Basically, the 800# went from "in transit" to "your car is at the port waiting for a shipping vessel".
"your car is at the port waiting for a shipping vessel" means, that your car has reached the port in Germany and is waiting to board a ship. It does not mean that your car is at the VDC. Read the stickies regarding order tracking and ship tracking to find out which ship your car is loaded on and then you will be able to determine when it will reach the VDC.
