The B piller is a structural member. It can't be replaced. The trim maybe.

As you can see in the picture, I believe the damage is only to the door trim (metal right?) and a little cut on the rubber (Do I need to replace this as well)? Now if there were a DIY on changing the trim (I tried to search and no thread with proven method).....
