I see one on Rockauto (Continental) without the sensor port. At least I did not see it here. I would suggest that you look on Rockauto first.
The one with the sensor port looks to be for N51.

If you already have the hose and cannot return it, then you will just be using the sensor on the lower radiator hose as a plug. In that case, use the $5.79 Uro one from Rockauto. No sense spending for a $20-25 one.
