2. Not 100% sure which settings you want me to post - is this something that can be screen shot from the "settings" tab on the bluetooth app?

5. Plan to do a few things in the future, but just want it to run well on basic settings first.
6. Yes on MAF sensor, would prefer to run it if possible.
