They were cheapest for my modified M5 rep F10. Easiest way was, what is the total value of your car with the mods and he found a very good price to cover it.

I would not bother to mention CIC though. As when you run parker's price evaluation, it gives you option to choose whether you had CIC or not and based on that it increases the price for your car.
