Updated last night. Helpful hints for us NA map users:
After getting your unlock code - Move the pkgdb folder and config.nfm from the disk 1 folder to root of your fat32 usb stick.
Move the contents of disk 2-4’s pkgd folders to the pkgdb folder located in root.
Keep the drivers door open and press the start button. Navigation will start up and load.
Insert the usb stick in the glovebox’s usb slot, wait 1min, Start the upgrade, enter code. Walk away for 45 mins or read a book.
If you had the door closed it may shut down the car when you open the door.
