When the problems are all of the following together: old shocks, too stiff springs, old untrimmed stops. But then with 220k I'd imagine major bushings need attention as well as a lot of other stuff.
Well... car is 2007 and bushings are almost as new apart from forward ones that I have replaced.Car was mostly driven on higways so it looks like brand new. Inside and outside.Stops have been replaced when I bought H&R springs but I did not have idea that I have to shorten them :/ ...
I am going most probably for KONI sport or Bilstein B6 or similar

my bigest problem with high milage is automatic transmission and x drive it self ... Will have to renew those asap ((
