If you started having issues right after the new rod bearings and turbos ...... Chances are the issue has something to do with the new rod bearings or turbos.
Are you running a custom tune? If not, what tune are you running? The MHD tunes won't work with aftermarket turbos.
More info need s to figure out what's going on. Can you take some logs??
