I went to dealership and put a down payment on a 335xi coupe!

power sun shade
heated front seats
navi
sat radio

MSRP 56,645
Invoice as per BMWconfig - $52,275
They went down to 53,000
Rebates: 750 + 1500 incentives
$50,700 before state taxes
financing 3.29%
Soo is $775 above invoice ok?
They gave me free rubber mats! yay!
The car is at the dealership and they also letting me turn in my old 2010 335 before the feb lease is up as per the lease pull ahead promotion.
Any thoughts, concerns, or advice?
