You’re probably better off moving this discussion to the n54 forum. There it’s more likely to be seen by others with experience.
Based on your log you’re not building any boost. I would think even if you’d wastegates were shot you’d still build some boost. I’d figure out why you’re not building any boost before I put in new turbos...
