Also, Quaife is great. It's like Wavtrac.. soft feeling and maintenance free (unlike clutch-type 2/3 way LSDs). Closest thing to a "stock" LSD as far as feel and maintenance (minus the crappy one-tire-fire performance).

I don't know how fast you drive but I'm doing 3750rpm at 90mph and would be doing about 3850-3900 at 90mph with 3.91.
If you drive 100mph then yes you will likely be over 4000rpms a lot.
