Hi Avex, if you're driving an N54 or N55 your water pump is electric so the missing belt won't impact it, a 15-20min drive will be fine as long as your battery is in OK nick, note that your steering will be heavy, no power steering, so take it easy
I don't know about the other e9x engines in terms of belt driven or electric water pumps though sorry
