1) Michael look at some future dates that BWW would be able to accommodate all of us the easiest
2) everyone look at there schedule and post up 1 or 2 days that would be good for you
3) after all that we could pick a day based on the best overall...

I would like to see most of you before I go so if we can have one last meet great. If not thats ok too.
December 8th -9th works for me. or the 15th-16th. After that I cant attend but dont let that hold you back.
