Great Falls is like 5 minutes from my house. From what i see most houses there are from 1 million to 10-15 mil. There is no ghetto area, so how could you not wash your car in the driveway?? that doesn't make any sense to me. Unless they want to maintain certain standard like, rich neighborhood and they don't want people washing their car. They want pro(s) doing it. There is no law. I wash my car in my driveway once a week.
