Thanks for the welcome, and we did. And just so everyone knows, we did do a bunch more work to it since he was offering it. The oil pan was leaking, as was the valve cover and oil filter housing. We did a full engine re-seal which involves removing the subframe. We also did the cooling system refresh, since we had easy access while the car was apart.
We try to do a very thorough job of preventative maintenance before offering any car for sale.
Regarding the '09 M-Sport we're offering, the car actually had the accident damage still when we acquired it out of Seattle. I've included a link of the car as we received it. The damage is on the driver's front fender:
