With the staggered setup have you factored in rolling diameter since you have an xDrive?
Front and rear tire diameters should only differ by ~1% at the most to avoid damage to the xDrive system.

Looking at the two proposed tire sizes you will be ok.
As for the wheels I can say the rear will be close to flush, fronts will need a spacer to be flush.
Easiest way is to put the wheels on and measure the distance from the wheel lip to edge of fender in mm.
Then buy the applicable spacer.
