I'm stuck with either paying more for comcast( I don't have cable...) or the slow as molasses 768kbps(yes kilobit) U-verse. So consider yourself lucky.
I'd be happy to have 6mbps for <$40 per month, but I'm too far from the CO for att so their U-verse(DSL from CO to home) gets that speed and they can't be bothered to get FTTH here
