Man, You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Your response came across as incredibly rude and condescending. Honestly, I wouldn't want you as a customer if I received that email.
I imagine that you would have received a different follow up response had your first post not included a comment about pricing being too high and your second email just blasting them entirely.
