Bumper repairs and refinishing cost
Car has light NYC/Brooklyn bumper rash.
What should it cost to get them pulled off an cleaned up to like new?
I see many cars around here that get refinished but the paint starts chipping after a year or so.
Would prefer a factory quality paint job but don't know what's reasonable.
