The Rear is the under the Diff, so you lift the Diff itself...directly under it.

also my 2 cents for the front.
since I only have a dolly jack and there is no way it will get under it as the car is too low.
i just lift the left front high enough for the dolly to get under it and then pump up with the dolly directly up.
option 2: get your car up on Ramps and then use dolly to raise it further.
but if you use a dolly, have Jack stands on both left and right front for safety.
harbor freight jack stands are good enough.

if you want even higher, then get some blocks of 2x4 wood between jack and car.
I used 3 2x4 blocks, and a METAL Plate on top of the wood to raise it like 20 inches of the ground......then secured it with Jack stands.
