Same company, but not the same product. Centric are made in China, I know some of the stoptech are also made in China, but Stoptech does have higher level of quality control that each rotor goes through. I use Centric on another car and they are not much better than low cost rotors from other companies, they rust and do not hold up well. I have stoptech on my BMW and they do not rust, they actually look better after 2 yrs than the OEM.
